Polish Me Unbothered is a Black woman-owned brand that creates high-quality, vegan, and non-toxic nail polishes designed for bold self-expression. Our polishes are long-lasting, highly pigmented, and celebrate confidence, culture, and individuality. While other brands make products for Black women as an afterthought, we center our brand around "Black, Brown and Otherwise Down" women as the DEFAULT audience.

2. Is your polish just for Black and Brown women?
Nope!  We welcome all polish lovers to enjoy our products!  We know that when Black-owned, women-owned businesses are supported and encouraged to thrive, everyone benefits. So, whether or not you're Black or Brown, if you are "Down" with lifting up businesses like this, you too can be Polished and Unbothered.

3. Are your nail polishes safe and non-toxic?
Yes! Our polishes are 7-free, meaning they are free from harmful chemicals like formaldehyde, toluene, and parabens. We are committed to providing safe, high-quality products without compromising performance. ​All of our nail polish products are manufactured in the USA. and adhere to protocols of the "7 FREE FORMULA”
​No Formaldehyde, Dibutylphthalate (DBP), Toluene, Formaldehyde Resin, and Camphor.
Vegan Friendly and Cruelty Free.

4. Do your polishes work for all skin tones?
Absolutely! We carefully curate our shades to complement a diverse range of skin tones, ensuring that every color pops beautifully on melanated skin and beyond.

5. How can I make my polish last longer?
For the best results, start with a clean, dry nail surface, apply a base coat, two thin layers of polish, and finish with a top coat - we love Top-Tier/Bottom Line Dual Action Topcoat! Avoid water exposure for the first hour to ensure durability.

6. Are the polishes cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes! Polish Me Unbothered is 100% cruelty-free and vegan. We never test on animals, and our formulas contain no animal-derived ingredients.

7. How long does the polish last?
With proper application, our polishes can last up to 7-10 days without chipping. Using a high-quality base coat and top coat will help extend wear time even further.

8. Are the polishes safe for children? 
While our polishes are non-toxic, they contain common polish ingredients that can cause skin irritation and/or allergic reactions in some users. Please check the ingredient list for specific ingredients in each color.  Always use polish in a well-ventilated areas. 

9. Do you offer gel polish?
Right now, we specialize in high-quality, long-lasting traditional nail polishes. However, we’re always working on expanding our product line—stay tuned for future launches!
