Returns
- We accept returns of unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
- Provide a photo of the product and packaging for faster processing.

- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used nail polish, cuticle oils, or other beauty products.
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
